The Blue Monk is a live music bar on the Bermondsey Beer Mile, purpose-built for jazz, blues, soul and genre-crossing live performances. We work with independent promoters, collectives, labels and touring artists to deliver memorable, well-run nights under the arches.

Promoter Booking Enquiry

Tell us about your event; proposed date, genre, expected capacity, ticketing model and any technical requirements.

We review all enquiries carefully and aim to respond within 48 hours.

How It Works

We offer flexible structures depending on the event:

Ticketed Events
You promote and sell tickets (via your preferred platform or ours). We agree on a door split or hire structure in advance.

Door Split Model
A pre-agreed revenue split between promoter and venue after agreed costs.

Private Hire
Fixed hire fee or minimum spend agreement for exclusive use of the space.

We’re transparent, collaborative and realistic about what makes a night successful.

Promotion & Support

While promoters are responsible for driving ticket sales, we support by:

– In-venue promotion
