The Blue Monk is South London’s best independent, underground, live music venue, and we are opening our doors for exclusive corporate bookings and private events.

Whether you are pitching to investors, hosting an awards night, or throwing a massive birthday bash, we have the perfect space tailored to your exact needs without the extortionate Central London price tags.

  • The Main Gig Room (150 Standing / 80 Seated): Hire the entire venue. Because we are a dedicated music venue, you get full access to our massive screen, projector, and professional microphones. Your presentations and speeches will be delivered through a flawless, custom-acoustically treated PA system. Once the speeches are done, we can hook up a DJ or put a live band on our proper stage to get the party started.

  • The Mezzanine (50 Capacity): Perfect for birthdays and smaller team socials. Secure your own elevated, VIP-style area with brilliant views of the main stage, while soaking in the electric atmosphere of the main room.

We refuse to serve terrible catering or charge £8 for a generic lager. We pour beautifully brewed, highly sought-after local craft beer from £5 a pint. For food, we’ve partnered with our favourite local Bermondsey pizza place to deliver piping hot, authentic pizzas straight to your guests, keeping things simple, delicious, and hassle-free.
